Take ownership. See it through.
dont panic brings AI, architecture and business process design into established businesses. The work moves between commercial conversations, technical decisions and practical delivery, often before every detail is settled.
You can make progress from an early conversation: establish what matters, ask the missing questions and work out the next steps. You'll take responsibility for moving the work forward, using your judgement and knowing when to involve others.
What you'll own
Varied work. Real responsibility.
Get the whole job done.
Take a supplier integration from requirements through coordination, agreements and handover. Keep the technical work and commercial details moving together.
Investigate, test, recommend.
Map a business process, research an option or try an AI approach. Turn what you learn into a practical recommendation and an agreed next step.
Unblock delivery.
Coordinate developers, prepare client material and follow up on outstanding decisions. Notice important work that has stalled, find the obstacle and take ownership of moving it.
Make progress repeatable.
Use AI tools and agents to get useful work done. Record decisions, improve handovers and leave behind a way of working that others can pick up and own.
What you'll bring
Initiative, curiosity and the drive to finish.
You bring commercial awareness and enough technical fluency to work confidently with developers, systems and integrations. You're comfortable speaking with clients and suppliers, weighing options and asking the question that moves a decision forward.
AI is already part of how you work. You use it to investigate, organise, test and produce useful work, and can tell when the output needs checking or a different approach.
You enjoy variety and take pride in finishing. Show us a time you picked up an unclear problem, worked through the obstacles and delivered something other people could use.
You may already be building or bootstrapping a startup of your own. We welcome that ambition and the initiative it brings, alongside your ability to give this role consistent attention and see commitments through.
